I hate writing, but love taking photos. I created this blog for friends, family, and others to keep in touch and see how my life is going.

the conference is almost done
The conference if almost done and I will soon be able to get photos of cairns. Here are two from last night. The little bugger moves fast so most came out with his head blurry.
Another good quote from QI
“The most salient feature of existence is the unthinkable odds against it. For every way that there is of being here, there are an infinity of ways of not being here. Statistics declare us ridiculous. Thermodynamics prohibits us. Life, by any reasonable measure, is impossible.”

Fun fact from QI
I thought this was great and needed to be shared.
The life expectancy of lions is much lower than that of the antelopes they chase. This is mainly due to a combination of a high cholesterol diet and lack of exercise.
Have a great day.

The shoot out Cont.
And another location
We used sugar bottles but apparently they looked real. A car stopped and waited till "the zombie" got back up before pulling away. We were also using a lot of I believe strawberry syrup for blood, mmmm blood, strawberry blood... Okay I don't know if it tasted good, but knowing who made it and that no one who had to keep in their mouth until the correct time didn't complain.
